For elective surgeries what is the best time to schedule it ? So that it results in less errors and mistakes, if anybody have studies and experience please share it. It will be helpful for all.

Many surgeons schedule elective surgeries at morning, some in the evening and few operate till late evening in private hospitals. I came across a nice article in Wall Street Journal regarding circadian rhythm and performance which states that  'complex works to be done within 4 hours after you wake up and best time to socially communicate is 4 to 8 pm,' so will it be beneficial and improve our performance if we schedule the surgery in morning and OPDs in the evening? Personally my experience is that my speed of surgery is good in morning and evening and in the afternoon it is less; but I get frustrated if I have to see more number of patients in the evening.
