A 22-year-old male experienced a sudden-onset pain during intercourse and presented to the emergency department with swelling of the left hemiscrotum. The pain was located in the left inguinal region and the swelling extended through the left hemiscrotum. Apart from bilateral varicocele, the patient had no other medical history of coagulation disorders or any other comorbidities. A palpable, soft mass was observed around the left testis and spermatic cord. His laboratory tests were unremarkable.
