A newborn twin girl was presented with the complaint of left-sided nasal mass which was causing nasal obstruction and difficulty in breathing. Her physical examination showed a firm, pedunculated polypoid mass without fluid located in the anterior nasal cavity at the vestibule. MRI scan revealed a 0.8 × 0.5 cm hyperintense mass on T1-weighted images indicating a fatty component and no intracranial tract. (Images attached for reference).
