A 40-year male patient presented to me with frequent fungal infection over both upper thigh region and small lesion in right lower leg since last 3 month. Previously he had been taken Tab Terbinafine 250 mg, Tab Itraconazole 200 mg, Clotrimazole Ointment, Ketoconazole Soap and Candid Dusting powder for at least 1 Month. His Symptoms subsides after taking medication and reoccurred after 2 weeks even after taking personal precaution.
The patient is not a Known case of DM? What is the further line of management in case of recurrent Tinea cruris infection? Please suggest.
