A 11 year old, Diabetic girl, type 1, duration 3years, c/o cough, fever, dyspnoea, from 5 days, on INVESTIGATIONS WBC count, CBC are normal. XRAY CHEST PA VEIW shows a homogeneous shadow in Rt lower zone.

She is not responding to treatment of ( cepofdoxime and oseltamivir)for 5 days. What is this peculiar infection in type 1 diabetes patient?
