When to make credit hours for PG degree renewal with A P State Medical Council?

Dear Doctors,                    Andhra Pradesh State Medical council, in the recent past, made it mandatory that 30 credit hours are needed for PG degree renewal every 5 years. Is it only 6 hours/year for 5 years or can they be made at any time over a period of 5 years?
