A 72-year-old man complained pain on swallowing since 2 weeks before presentation. Patient History 16 months before the onset of these symptoms, the patient had received a diagnosis of diffuse panbronchiolitis and has been receiving macrolide antibiotics. However, he had not received glucocorticoids or other immunosuppressant medications. Examination Upper endoscopy revealed linear, white, mucosal, plaque-like lesions on the esophagus (please refer attached image). No oropharyngeal or gastroduodenal lesions were noted.
