Friends, for the death of one patient of Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis, which has more than 90% mortality, the doctors and a private Hospital in Kolkata were fined 11 crore for negligence. The hospital owners were put behind bars for several months and the hospital closed indefinitely. Now this 1 day old bridge has collapsed. Surely it is an act of negligence. 21 people are already dead and more than 150 injured.
