A patient  Who Is a known case Of HIV comes to a hospital  for treatment  of injuries sustained  in  RTA and exposes whole of the medical and paramedical staff to his open wounds and blood and does not  disclose  the fact that he is HIV positive . On investigating  his HIV status comes to knowledge.

On asking the patient and family  why you didn't  disclose  your HIV status  and put all the staff at risk they wickedly answered  that because  you  never asked us. Is there any action which can  be taken  by a hospital  against such patients  or their  families  for wilfully  putting the lives of other people  at risk?
