A young girl with no significant medical history was presented with primary complain of abdominal fullness and distension. For the last 4 months, she had noticed a "fuller appearance" in her abdominal region. It was not associated with any pain, discomfort, cramping, or change in her menstrual cycle. Physical examination revealed a distended, non-tender lower abdomen with a large palpable midline mass. Initial laboratory investigation including normal levels of AFP, hCG, LDH, estriol was within normal levels.
CT scan revealed 19*12*10cm multilobulated mass. Furthermore, MRI revealed that the mass was not from the uterus and ovaries were intact. Open biopsy for tissue diagnosis was performed.
