No constitutional symptoms, trauma, prolong hospitalization or past medical or surgical history Clinically tenderness at low back, straight leg bilaterally equivocal at 90 degree. Neurology normal Lab test CBC ESR CRP KFT LFT normal  Serum uric acid 5.7mg/dl Attaching X-ray and MRI Please suggest line of management
