A 22-year-old female presented to her dentist for an initial inspection. Through her intraoral assessment, a dome-shaped red lesion was observed on the ventral tongue. History The patient reported that the lesion had been on her ventral tongue for around two to three weeks, or a little longer than that. However, it was painless and there was no bleeding. When asked about trauma, the patient remembered biting her ventral tongue prior to the occurrence of the lesion.

The lady had a normal posture and her general appearance was normal. The patient had no illness history and was not on any medications.
