Fanconi syndrome is a renal tubular dysfunctioning disorder that requires extensive diagnostic workup to know the exact cause of the disease. This article presents a case report of an infant suffering from the disorder and its diagnosis and treatment plan. Case presentation An 11-month-old boy was presented with a month-long history of vomiting, constipation, and weight loss. The parents reported the emesis as large-volume, non-bloody, non-bilious, that occurred after every feed.

The parents mentioned that the baby was breastfed for the first seven months and later switched to formula feeding around four months ago. But, despite trying small portions of feed at frequent intervals and inducing burps after each feed, vomiting had not stopped.
