Case presentation A 16-year-old boy complained of sudden onset of right testicular pain. According to the patient’s mother, the pain awakened him and continued for three hours. Moreover, he vomited once.

The boy had a significant medical history of asthma, for which he uses a salbutamol inhaler, and a similar pain event a year before.
