Case presentation: An 84-year-old man presented with complaints of abdominal pain, hypotension, and tachycardia. Examination reports: CT angiogram demonstrated a high-attenuation gallbladder wall containing active bleeding inside the gallbladder. Postprocessing and three-dimensional reconstruction showed a pseudoaneurysm of the cystic artery with bleeding into the gallbladder.
