A 9-year-old child was presented with the 7 days history of fever and rash. Upon examination diffuse macular rash, fissured lips and strawberry –like tongue was revealed. Her t emperature was 102.2° F. The child also showed nonexudative conjunctival injection in both eyes, a few enlarged cervical lymph nodes, erythema of the palms and soles, mild edema of the hands, and periungual desquamation. Cardiac examination normal.
