Primary benign cardiac tumors are rare. The most common type of primary benign cardiac tumor is myxoma. Cardiac myxomas are most commonly found within the left atrium, followed by the right atrium, right ventricle, and left ventricle, and rarely within mitral or tricuspid valves. This article describes a typical case of giant right atrial myxoma, demonstrating right heart failure secondary to right ventricular inflow tract obstruction.
