Case presentation A 55-year-old man presented with a lump in the left upper quadrant of the abdomen. He had no abdominal pain, vomiting, altered bowel habits, fever, melena, or hematemesis. He never had a history of any surgery. Clinical examination A hard 9 x 9 cm mobile lump in the left side of the abdomen Blood tests β Normal Tumor markers β Normal Contrast-enhanced computed tomography (CECT, Image 1) A lobulated well-defined complex lesion (11 x 19 x 13 cm) with heterogeneous density involving the mesentery in the left side of the abdomen Fat and soft tissues (5.9 x 6 x 6 cm) were in the lesion. Mesenteric vessels were observed in the tumor.
Surgical excision (Image 2) A large mass in the jejunal mesentery was found. Multiple lipomas of different sizes were in the jejunal mesentery. Resection of the tumor with the jejunal loop and end-to-end jejunojejunostomy was performed. A largeβ¦
