A six-year-old boy came with abnormal movement in Upper and lower limb. Two episodes in last one month. Each episode lasted for 30 min. Child remained fully conscious oriented during the episode.
There were few episodes in sleep also but parents ignored.Child is other vise normal no neurological finding. Brief night episode during sleep goes against attention seeking disorder .CECT head NAD EEG impression: "Nonspecific discharges to be correlated with clinical findings." Please share your views on what might be the problem. (Attached herewith is the EEG report)
