A 13-year-old female soccer player presented to the clinic for complaints of fever, rash, and bilateral foot pain. The symptoms started six months before the presentation, with the frequency of 1-2 times per month. It lasted for 2-3 days and improved with the course of ibuprofen. A few weeks before the admission to the clinic, she suffered from diarrhea and vomiting with acute abdominal pain. Later she started feeling fatigued and hip and calf pain that started from the episodes of diarrhea and emesis.

The patient denied any medication allergy and traveling in recent times. Her family history was negative for autoimmune disease.
