Case presentation A 27-year-old Asian male visited the neurology consultant for multiple complaints. At the time of the visit, he was irritable, hyperactive, and was unable to balance while walking. He had no remarkable family history but a long personal history of multiple neurological conditions. Past Medical History 10 years ago, the patient had developed 5.1 cm diameter painless masses on both Achilles' tendons.
For the past 2 years, he had developed glassy eyes, lethargy, and gradual memory loss. For the last one year, the patient’s behavior changed drastically to a short-tempered, irritable individual with difficulty to remember old memories but intact short-term memory.
