Therapy could not be continued as patient developed diabetes mellitus and Dyslipidemia particularly hypertriglyceridemia 20 years ago. Now, Patient has a poor quality of life due to muscular and bone pains, recurrent lower UTI, hesitancy, precipitancy, and incontinence. Latest Evaluation: BMD showed osteopenia, Hormonal Estimation showed.

FSH markedly raised, estrogen depleted. Thyroid profile in the normal range with Eltroxin 50 micrograms daily. Can MHT be given for urinary problems? If, yes what should be protocol? Or what else can be given as patient is reluctant for urologist consultation. Kindly share.
