A 73-year-old woman presented to a dermatology clinic with a history of an evolving pruritic and erythematous rash (refer to attached image) . The rashes were present on the patient’s thighs, buttocks, trunk, and axilla for the last 11 months. The patient also reported that the rash initially consisted of only pruritic annular lesions with duskiness at its center. Medication History At the initial stage of the lesion, the patient was prescribed prednisone and antihistamines but had no improvement in her condition.

In the next 4 months, the rashes evolved into polycyclic erythematous plaques. During this period, the patient also experienced abdominal pain, vomiting, and diarrhea.
