Indian Medical Association should create a monitoring expert team regarding the side effects of the drugs and should interact with practitioners by net. In the same way whenever some announcement regarding the drug usage by the authorities, it should be closely monitored and proper objection if any should be lodged with the authorities. There should be a separate team of experts which should analyse every drug in usage and the necessity to continue or can be deleted from Pharmacopoeia so that unwanted drugs can be deleted after thorough study by experts.
This way we can avoid missing drugs like metamizol, Oxyfedrine and dicyclomine and paracetamol/acetaminophen combination a very good antispasmodic for renal colic which gave relief in one minute with my patients.
