A 12 years old type 1 Diabetic, diagnosed 4yrs back. No hospital admissions yet. Living normal life on insulin with no dose adjustment since 1year.

I have taken him on basal bolus doses and monitoring  sugars. Kindly suggest any significance of this much raised HbA1c.
