A 23-year-old pregnant woman (G1P0) presented to her physician for a regular prenatal checkup in the morning. The woman was at 38 weeks and 5 days of gestation. The patient had been experiencing irregular uterine contractions every 5–7 minutes without any event of vaginal bleeding or fluid leakage.
Additionally, the patient had no history of allergies or toxic habits. The patient’s prenatal care was normal and uncomplicated.
