Case presentation A 13-year-old female presented to the Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology with chief complaints of teeth disorientation. The patient was the firstborn child of non-consanguinous healthy parents. She reportedly had gained weight abnormally after nine years of age and developed a hoarse voice.
