An acquaintance of mine is an MD degree holder with a 3-year senior residency training experience holder. He has been posted in a district headquarter hospital to do Anaesthesia duty, but unfortunately, an LSAS who is previously posted there to manage Anaesthesia duty continued to give Anaesthesia even after his arrival. This LSAS is also getting all benefits and also supports from authority.
He complained but no response from anyone. Again, he has been superimposed with non-Anaesthesia duty. What is the worth of the degree he is holding if a trained person could manage and get all supports from authority?
