Spinal surgery can present several complications, of which intracranial hemorrhage (ICH) is a rare but serious complication. Most spinal surgery cases have reported cerebellar hemorrhage, and only a few cases of supratentorial ICH have been known. This case presents a woman who developed supratentorial ICH post spinal surgery. A 56-year-old woman was presented to the neurology department with radicular symptoms of the right upper extremity for six years.
She had also experienced progressive neck pain with radiation into the right hand in a C6 and C7 distribution in the previous year.
