After abdominal hysterectomy with salpingo ophorectomy the patient complaining of the watery brown fluid leak of the vagina it was profuse leak ultrasound done postoperative bilateral pleural effusion ascites and right sides mild hydronephrosis patient was not having any trouble in urination and defaecation otherwise, she was absolutely alright patient don't want to investigate more than this. The fluid or leak was odorless and the color also normal without stinking smell after examination there is the white patch on vaginal wall and a hole was there.
It could be the spasm of bladder I asked the patient to wait and treatment of tuberculosis started so also told about hygiene called after 15 days. What could be the further management?
