A 58 years old woman had watering eyes refractory to treatment advised by the various eye specialists. The treatment generally advised was antibiotics eye drops, lubricant eye drops/ artificial tears, supplements of vitamin A and D, syringing procedure etc. Concomitant disorders:- diabetes mellitus, hypothyroidism, hyperuricemia, dyslipidemia. All disorders are well controlled with medication except for borderline HDL-C, TGs 585mg%.
Medications:- metformin, glimepiride, teneligliptin, allopurinol, Atorvastatin with fenofibrate, diecerene, vitamin D & A, calcium supplements.
