Sleep loss is a common condition as it affects many individuals. The effects of sleep deprivation on the organs have been unclear, however, recent epidemiological studies outlined that hypertension (HT), coronary heart disease (CHD), and diabetes mellitus (DM) are related to deprivation of sleep. This article tries to explore the relationship between sleep loss how it poses a risk for cardiovascular disease.
