The age of Patient is 47 Years. In this case Hydrochlorthizide was stopped because of fluid loss which may not be advisable in 47 years patient.
If BP is not under control with Telmisartan 40 mg, is it advisable to give Hydrochlorthiazide 12.5 mg along with Telmi as earlier BP was under control with Telmi Hydrochlorthizide OR to increase the Telmisartan dose OR change the complete Treatment ?
