There was an elaborate discussion and various suggestions. At the same time, I am very happy that there were criticisms and scepticism. I am trying to answer some of them so that the discussion is kept alive. I feel it is important to keep the matter running to find a logical end somewhere, sometimes!

Prima-Facie, the concept was to develop a system independent of Government or MCI involvement as we know neither of the two is interested in improving the health care scenario of country! The onus is on us the doctor community who are the stakeholders of nation’s health. So, any suggestion that involves involvement of Government or MCI is taken off the board!
