Some specialties in medical practice are daunting and if set in a hospital scenario the complexity is compounded. When patients visit a physician after being aware of the reputation of the doctor they expect a good care that may be not limited to the successful treatment. In hospital settings, patients often wait long hours and get a few minutes window to consult the physician. Although the expertise endows the doctor to do the needful (clinically) within this time frame, the time may be too short to ease the worries of the patients.

The patient may feel emotionally neglected despite receiving a good treatment and may consult a different doctor.
