Synopsis Turner’s syndrome (TS), is a fetal abnormality in females characterized by a partial or complete loss of the X chromosome resulting in the deformity in the gonads affecting infertility Few methods of oocyte preservation have been previously studied, such as preserving mature oocyte or ovarian tissue with primordial follicles. Cryopreservation is a promising technique in preserving oocyte and increasing the number of live birth ratio in females with Turner’s syndrome.
