Case Presentation A 72-year-old woman was referred to the otolaryngology clinic after an incidental finding of a right nasal mass on MRI performed for unrelated reasons. The patient denied nasal obstruction, hoarseness, dysphagia, or dyspnea.

MRI Findings (Incidentally discovered) Hypointense lesion (~16 mm) along the posterior margin of the right nasal cavity, initially thought to be fibrous dysplasia This lesion was indeterminate in nature, but it suggested fibrous dysplasia Physical Examination General: No facial tenderness or sinus pain Nasal endoscopy: Spherical, non-ulcerated, well-circumscribed lesion in the posterior nasal cavity contiguous with the posterior portion of the inferior turbinate Imaging CT paranasal sinuses (non-contrast): 2.2 cm soft tissue mass at the right choana with osseous  scalloping and cortical erosion of the medial margin of the right medial pterygoid…
