An ex-serviceman, age 65, happened to approach me regarding his skin problem. He had developed these lesions about 8 years back, after undergoing CAG, a vague coincidence. There are no specific aggravating factors. No natural remissions either.
Distribution pattern non-suggestive. He has shown himself to many skin specialists but no significant relief even after use of steroids. Out of sheer inquisitiveness and helping mind, I am posting this for discussion and suitable advice. What would be the diagnosis from these pictures and suggest line of action?
