A 44-year-old man with a history of ulcerative colitis presents with complaints of bloody diarrhea and a non-healing, painful and rapidly growing lesion on his left foot. He reports the onset of the lesion two weeks ago, for which he received empirical antibiotics but found no improvement in healing as well as pain. On physical examination, the lesion appears to be a large ulcerated lesion with an undetermined border through exposed extensor tendons.
