Case presentation A one-month-old male infant was brought to the pediatric clinic with a six-day history of neck dermatitis unresponsive to steroid cream. His five-year-old brother had persistent rhinitis, but no other family members were ill.
No topical medications had been applied to the patient’s skin prior to symptom onset.
