Case Presentation A 46-year-old obese female with a history of hypertension and chronic dizziness presented to the ophthalmology outpatient clinic with bilateral visual acuity deterioration persisting for six months. She reported a recent rapid weight gain of 30 kg over the past three months.

The vision decline was gradual and not associated with pain or other neurological symptoms.
