A 71-year-old man presented to the emergency department with the complaint of elbow and biceps femoris tendon pain. He reported that he had a mechanical fall on the stairs at home. He grabbed the handrail with his right arm and fell to the left. He indicated pain, biceps weakness, and a lump on his muscle with a divot that is proximal to the antecubital fossa. He denied fever, near syncope, or other injuries.
