Case A 24-year-old woman presented with swelling in the ankle and proteinuria. Examination Weight: 105 Kg Height: 1.63 m She was afebrile and had no apparent rashes. Pulse: 90 beats/min Blood pressure: 150/90 mmHg Her jugular venous pressure was not elevated. Her heart sounds were quiet.
