Dear Doctors, A Male pt. 43 yr old presented with c/o hives/ urticarial rash for past 8 months, the rashes appear on the covered part of body and when he is playing, associated with itching 6-7 on the scale of 1-10. Pt is allergic to diclofenac and ketorolac and in the past he needed treatment for anaphylaxis due to this. According to pt.
the rashes goes down in 20min once he took shower and apply olive oil. the pt is working in Afghanistan at an UN base and started to have these problems here only and never in the past. He has undergone various treatments but not much helpful. Please do provide your opinion regarding further investigation/ treatments and diagnoses.
