A 67 years old Male patient, non-diabetic, normotensive, chronic smoker came with necrosed ulcers on left leg shin and between 4th, 5th toes for two months. The patient was taking treatment from Dermatologist and is known as a chronic smoker. His vascular doppler study and lab reports are attached. Primary debridement has done and antibiotics, vasodilators, analgesics started (please find in the image in attachments).
ADVISED TO QUIT SMOKING. As the report is suggestive of Diffuse Major Vessels lesions. What could be the probable diagnosis? Kindly discuss future management.
