A 25-year young boy approached me in extremely good condition for both hand bone fracture for Anaesthesia and surgery. When I examined he is perfectly fit for anaesthesia and surgery. But he constantly complained of headache and dizziness. He and his family members told me that probably because of fracture pain he has having a headache and they requested me to administer anaesthesia to relieve his fracture pain. However, I advised them a CT Scan Brain. They were surprised when I asked for CT! What is the role of CT Scan Brain in hand bone fracture?
