Today in series of Docplexus Interviews, we have with us Dr. Omesh Kumar Bharti , who is widely acclaimed for the development of a new and 100 times cheaper Post-Exposure prophylaxis protocol to prevent rabies due to bites of dogs, cats, mongoose and other animals that has now been acknowledged by World Health Organization (WHO). Dr. Bharti is working as Epidemiologist and State Master Trainer Intra-dermal Anti-rabies Vaccination Clinic and Research Centre at DDU Hospital, Shimla in Himachal Pradesh. Dr.
Bharti has dedicated past 25 years to the state government health services. He is also the Co- founder of a e-group for discussion on Vaccines called Rational Vaccine Policy group.
