This is a new syndrome thought out of the experience gained in the last four years and the recent findings of no anatomical abnormality reported to physiological abnormality detected in CAG which is responsible for the symptomatology, signs in the form of ECG changes and finally no anatomical lesion made out by CT Angiography in the form of myocardial bridging. This can be considered as a breakthrough in the field of coronology in the year 2016 in the world scenario, though the findings and ideas are emanating from India, that too from a small town like Tirunelveli. So, to project it to the international scenario needs more time and will have to wait for the info to reach the world community of medicine.
