Lipid profiles before the study and after a study showed surprising results ... LDL cholesterol remained unchanged or insignificantly changed.

But HDL cholesterol raised by 14%  with coconut oil. So coconut oil and other Saturated fatty acid-rich foods may not be DANGEROUS as advocated by All standard textbooks till date... Better to study and research  MORE... THAN... TO BE BOOKISH.
