Cardiac sarcoidosis (CS) remains a challenging diagnosis and patients may remain asymptomatic throughout life. A Recent report suggests, consumption of high-fat and low-sugar diet 72 hours prior to imaging will increase the chance of CS diagnosis. Sarcoidosis is a phenomenon where non-caseating granulomas are formed due to multi-system inflammatory disorder. While the granuloma can be formed in any organs particularly in lungs and lymph nodes, but the cardiac involvement is related with significant morbidity and mortality.

It is found to be more prevalent in women than in men. Although, some patients present with systemic symptoms such as fatigue, anorexia, weight loss, and fever but most of the patient does not manifest symptoms at early stages.
